Grant Description

Body Armor for Your Law Enforcement Agency

Providing Recycled Ballistic Vests To LEOs Since 2009

Thousands of law enforcement professionals in the United States and around the world are working in dangerous environments and they do not have a ballistic vest to protect them. In addition, thousands of officers are graciously provided new ballistic vests every 5 years. While the manufacturer warranty may be expired, often the vest will still effectively protect those that do not have one. The Armor of God Project began in 2009 and is dedicated to protecting those that protect us. Ten-Four Ministries will recycle used ballistic vests and provide them to officers that need them.

Since October 2008, there have been two documented saves by officers wearing ballistic vests from the Armor of God Project. "The potential lives saved in these two incidents only highlight the urgent need of this ministry," says Ten-Four Ministries. "Please consider joining us in reaching our goal of placing a ballistic vest on the back of every law enforcement officer in the United States."
