Generally speaking, most public safety or first responder grant program applications can be accomplished and written within 40 hours for a minimum fee of $3,995. We’ll provide you with a custom, no-obligation quote, discuss the specifics of your project, and review estimated costs prior to you engaging us for that work.

2. Phone Reviewing
Expert feedback via call. After you send your application to us, we will review your grant, then schedule a call to discuss its merits and weaknesses with you.
- Time Estimate: Most applications are reviewed in 4 hours.
- Cost: $175.00 per hour (minimum charge of 4 hours / $700). Time exceeding the first hour is billed in quarter-hour increments.
3. Hands-on Review, Feedback & Revision
Detailed editing and strategy. Send us your grant application, and we will tell you exactly what to do to get it on track. After a careful review, we provide detailed written comments and edits, giving you a step-by-step roadmap to correcting problems and making your application as strong as possible.
- Time Estimate: Usually takes a minimum of 3-4 hours.
- Cost: $175.00 per hour.
