Public Safety Grant Writing Services
Don’t want to write a grant?
We have a full contingent of grant writers available to handle the tasks of writing your grant from start to finish.
Grant writing usually entails having a knowledgeable person readily accessible and available to the consultant assigned, in order to gather and share information particular to your agency, community and statistical and budgetary data. Depending upon the complexity of the grant and the information required, it may also entail travel by the consultant to your location. (Any required travel will be pre-approved and billed separately.)
Contact us for a quote
Every grant program, department, organization, and community is different. As such, let’s talk about your needs and challenges, then we can present you with a quote.
Generally speaking, most public safety or first responder grant program applications can be accomplished and written within 40 hours for a minimum fee of $3,500. We’ll provide you a custom, no-obligation quote, discuss the specifics of your project, and review estimated costs prior to you engaging us for that work.
Let us make your grant more competitive
We can review your grant applications prior to submission, or we can review rejected or failed applications to identify weaknesses or possible reasons for rejection and ways to improve the body of work. This can be accomplished in one of 3 ways:
Annual Grant Service Package
One year of grants backup! An economical, bundled, annual subscription package of grant support services.
After you send your application to us, we will review your grant, then call you and discuss its merits and weaknesses with you.
Most applications can be reviewed in four hours. Time is charged at $175.00 per hour. You will be charged for a minimum of 4 hours, or $700, with any time exceeding the first hour billed in quarter hour increments.
Hands-on Review, Feedback & Revision
Send us your grant application and we will tell you what to do to get it on track. After carefully review of your grant, we will provide detailed written comments and editing that give you a step-by-step roadmap to correcting problems and making your application as strong as possible.
This usually takes, at minimum, 3-4 hours, charged at $175 per hour.
