NIPSCO Public Safety Grant is only available for NIPSCO service area in northern Indiana
Introduced in 2018, NIPSCO’s Public Safety Education and Training Action Grant aims to provide funding for community and youth public safety education programming and training for first responders.
What this grant does for your agency
Grants available for $500 to $5,000 for organizations seeking funds for public safety education and first responder training programs and have a direct impact on NIPSCO service area.
Preferred programs would promote public safety education and training. Areas could include, but not limited to, areas of damage prevention, police and fire departments, carbon monoxide safety, and youth related safety education.
Grant funding is not intended for purchase of equipment other than needed to support public safety education programs and training.
Safety education programs where employee volunteerism is available is a plus.
Agencies awarded the NIPSCO Public Safety Grants (Northern Indiana NIPSCO service area only) receive $500 to $5,000
Only a limited number of grants will be awarded.
