AFG fire grants are administered by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).

“AFG continues to be a crucial means through which America’s Fire Service Organizations can receive funding for critical equipment, training, and facilities,” says Kurt Bradley, Senior Grants Consultant at First Responder Grants. “This grant is one of the most competitive in the country—but with the right application and clear priorities, any department can find its way to the winner’s circle.”
