$12,951,714 Fire Grants Awarded in Round 10 FY2015 Assistance to Firefighters Grants (AFG)

Assistance to Firefighters Grants (AFG)The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has announced 65 Round 10 awards for the FY2015 Assistance to Firefighters Grants (AFG). The previous award round, Round 9, was announced Aug. 5. Fire Service organizations receiving awards totaling $12,951,714 include:

  • $73,191, All volunteer, Equipment and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), North Pulaski Fire Protection District 15, Jacksonville, AR
  • $112,785, All Paid/Career, EMS Equipment, Lake County EMS, Tiptonville, TN
  • $273,715, Combination, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), City of Utica, Utica, MI
  • $428,010, All Paid/Career, Wellness and Fitness Programs, City of Fort Lauderdale Fire Rescue, Fort Lauderdale, FL
  • $1,000,000, All Paid/Career, Vehicle Acquisition, Tiffin Fire and Rescue Division, Tiffin, OH
