Staffing for Adequate Fire and Emergency Response (SAFER) GrantsThe Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has announced 55 Round 5 awards for the FY2015 Staffing for Adequate Fire & Emergency Response (SAFER).   • $771,364, Hiring, Idanha-Detroit Rural Fire Protection District, Detroit, OR
  • $1,229,320, Recruitment, Tennessee Fire Chiefs Association, East Ridge, TN
  • $2,505,600, Hiring, Puerto Rico State Fire Department, San Juan, PR
  • $5,810,800, Hiring, Baltimore City Fire Department, Baltimore, MD
