The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has announced the twenty-eighth award round for the FY2012 Staffing for Adequate Fire & Emergency Response Grants (SAFER).
FEMA awarded $1,860,801 in Fire Grants to 4 departments nationwide: a $122,697 Recruitment Fire Grant to the Englishtown Fire Department, Englishtown, NJ; and a $746,456 Hiring Fire Grant to the Garden City Fire Department, Garden City, MI.
