The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has announced the thirty-first award round for the FY2012 Staffing for Adequate Fire & Emergency Response Grants (SAFER).
FEMA awarded $8,418,076 in Fire Grants to 7 departments nationwide. Award amounts ranged from a $151,800 Hiring Fire Grant to the Dudley Fire Department, Dudley, NC, to a $2,406,684 Hiring Fire Grant to the Linden Fire Department, Linden, NJ.
