FEMA grant recipients: Is your SF-425 Financial Report now delinquent?

Have you received a notification from FEMA that your SF-425 Financial Report on your open grant at FEMA is now delinquent?

If so, please do not ignore that message. Failing to submit your SF-425 can cause FEMA to refuse to allow you access to grant funds or future grant applications.

Need to file your SF-245?

  1. Log into your grant
  2. Find the SF-245
  3. Complete and submit the report

Reports were due Jan. 31. So if your SF-245 is delinquent, get it done today, and protect your access to grants and your eligibility for future grant applications!
