The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has announced the eleventh award round for the FY2012 Fire Prevention & Safety Grants (FP&S) program.
FEMA awarded 3 Fire Prevention grants, totaling $148,520, to departments and organizations around the country. Award amounts included a $23,400 Fire Prevention grant, awarded to the Montclair State University, Montclair, NJ; a $28,800 Fire Prevention grant, awarded to the North Spartanburg Fire and Emergency Services District, Spartanburg, SC; and a $96,320 Fire Prevention grant, awarded to the Rochester Fire Department, Rochester, NY.
