The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has announced the tenth award round for the FY2012 Fire Prevention & Safety Grants (FP&S) program.
FEMA awarded 22 Fire Prevention grants, totaling $1,494,675, to departments and organizations around the country. Award amounts ranged from a $4,224 Fire Prevention grant, awarded to the York County Department of Fire and Life Safety, Yorktown, VA, to a $205,132 Fire Prevention grant, awarded to the Oklahoma Assistive Technology Foundation, Stillwater, OK.
