SCBA funding coming to fire departments in Vermont and New Hampshire
Round 1 fire grant awards under the FY 2022 Assistance to Firefighters Grant Program (AFG) were announced on Friday, June 9, 2023. Two First Responder Grants clients have received fire grant awards:
- Bartlett Fire Department, NH, $289,096, for SCBA, SCBA compressor, and fill station
- Sheldon Fire Department, VT, $191,369, for SCBA, SCBA compressor, and fill station
These grants go a long way to helping these two departments better equip and protect their members, and in turn provide improve safety to their jurisdictions.
