The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has announced the sixteenth award round for the FY2012 Assistance to Firefighters Grant Program (AFGP).
FEMA awarded $6,615,670 in Operations and Safety Fire Grants to 68 agencies. Award amounts for Fire Grants ranged from a $1,520 Training grant, awarded to the Newport, Fire/EMS Department Newport, KY, to an $899,126 Equipment grant award to the Lindsey Volunteer Fire Department, Lindsey, OH.
