The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has announced the twenty-sixth award round for the FY2013 Staffing for Adequate Fire & Emergency Response Grants (SAFER).
FEMA awarded $1,075,107 in Hiring Fire Grants to 3 Fire Service organizations throughout the US:
- $285,020, Belmont Fire Department, Belmont, MA
- $291,555, Mayer Fire District, Mayer, AZ
- $498,532, Bangor Fire Department, Bangor, ME
