Of the 277 Round 3 FY2015 Assistance to Firefighters Grants (AFG) winners announced May 20, 2016, three were First Responder Grants clients:
- The Lyndon Fire Protection District of Louisville, Kentucky received an $11,637 Operations and Safety Equipment fire grant for training props.
- The Atwater Fire Department in Ohio received a $34,286 Operations and Safety Equipment fire grant for an SCBA compressor.
- The Hillsboro Fire Protection District in Missouri received a $102,858 Vehicle Acquisition fire grant toward a brush truck.
