$6,197,715 Fire Grants Awarded in Round 8 FY2015 Assistance to Firefighters Grants (AFG)

Assistance to Firefighters Grants (AFG)The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has announced 44 Round 8 awards for the FY2015 Assistance to Firefighters Grants (AFG). The previous award round, Round 7, was announced July 22. Fire Service organizations receiving awards totalling $6,197,715 include:

  • $210,182, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), Operations and Safety, Richmond Fire Department, Richmond, TX
  • $247,620, Vehicle Acquisition, Vehicle Acquisition, Pine Terrace Fire Department, Lumberton, NC
