FEMA has announced Round 14 fire grant winners for the FY2016 Assistance to Firefighters Grants (AFG). FEMA awarded 113 fire grants totaling $16,222,124, including:
- Upper Cane Creek Volunteer Fire Department, Fruithurst, AL, Operations and Safety, $7,620, Training
- West Dummerston Volunteer Fire Department, West Dummerston, VT, Vehicle Acquisition, $76,096
- Chester Volunteer Fire Department, Chester, NE, Regional Request, $180,000, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- St. Helena Parish 6th Ward Fire Protection District, Kentwood, LA, Vehicle Acquisition, $398,096
- Cedar Mountain Fire Protection District, Duck Creek Village, UT, Vehicle Acquisition, $744,762
