The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has announced the fourteenth award round for the FY2012 Fire Prevention & Safety Grants (FP&S) program.
FEMA awarded 14 Fire Prevention grants, totaling $2,688,869, to departments and organizations around the country. Award amounts ranged from a $4,400 Fire Prevention grant, awarded to the Abingdon Fire Company, Inc., Abingdon, MD, to a $1,000,000 Research grant, awarded to the Underwriters Laboratories Inc., Northbrook, IL.
