The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has announced the second award round for the FY2012 Assistance to Firefighters Grant Program (AFGP).
FEMA awarded $3,789,803 in Operations and Safety Equipment Fire Grants to 38 agencies. Award amounts ranged from a $7,600 Operations and Safety Training Grant awarded to the M & M Volunteer Fire Department, Laurel, MS, to a $$763,920 Operations and Safety Equipment Grant awarded to the Grand Rapids Fire Department, Grand Rapids, MI.
