The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has announced the twenty-second award round for the FY2012 Fire Prevention & Safety Grants (FP&S) program.
FEMA awarded 8 Fire Prevention grants, totaling $496,496, to departments and organizations around the country. Award amounts ranged from a $5,871 Fire Prevention grant, awarded to the District 6 VFD, Van Buren, AR, to a $132,640 Fire Prevention grant, awarded to the ProLiteracy Worldwide, Syracuse, NY.
