The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has announced the sixteenth award round for the FY2013 Staffing for Adequate Fire & Emergency Response Grants (SAFER).
FEMA awarded one Hiring grant, in the amount of $654,981, to the Upper Pine River Fire Protection District, Bayfield, CO.
