- Castleberry Volunteer Fire Department, Castleberry, AL, Operations and Safety, $37,429, Training
- City of Nome Volunteer Ambulance Department, Nome, AK, Operations and Safety, $12,858, EMS Training
- Floyd Community Volunteer Fire Dept, Inc., Floyd, IA, Operations and Safety, $45,715, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
