The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has announced the twentieth award round for the FY2012 Fire Prevention & Safety Grants (FP&S) program.
FEMA awarded 12 Fire Prevention grants, totaling $244,762, to departments and organizations around the country. Award amounts ranged from a $1,140 Fire Prevention grant, awarded to the East Glacier Volunteer Fire Department, East Glacier Park, MT, to a $64,008 Fire Prevention grant, awarded to the Canton Fire Department, Canton, OH.
