AFG fire grant recipients need to complete the following semi-annual performance report by Apr. 30, 2022:

  1. Download the PDF
  2. Complete with the requested info
  3. Attach the completed PDF to your grant in FEMA GO

Any department representative may complete the report, and reports are due by Apr. 30, 2022.
