FEMA has announced Round 7 fire grant winners for the FY2016 Assistance to Firefighters Grants (AFG). FEMA awarded 45 fire grants totaling $7,124,916, including:
- Casco Fire Department, Casco, ME, Regional Request, $183,667, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Pleasant Hills Volunteer Fire Company, Pittsburgh, PA, Operations and Safety, $66,543, Modify Facilities
- St. Petersburg Fire & Rescue, St. Petersburg, FL, Operations and Safety, $316,291, Wellness and Fitness Programs
- LFUCG – Division of Fire, Lexington, KY, Operations and Safety, $252,210, Training
- Hardin County Fire Department, Savannah, TN, Regional Request, $325,546, Equipment
