Of the 234 Round 12 FY2015 Assistance to Firefighters Grants (AFG) winners announced Aug. 26, 2016, three were First Responder Grants clients and students.
The 3 departments have been awarded a combined 104,974 in AFG fire grants:
- $21,802 to Phoenix FD, IL, for new hose
- $25,717 to Hawkins Bar FD, CA, for new hose and TIC
- $57,455 to Ashtabula FD, OH, for wellness and fitness programs
