2 First Responder Grants Students Win FY2013 SAFER Fire Grant Awards

Two First Responder Grants students have won a combined $13,994,358 under the Staffing for Adequate Fire and Emergency Response Grants (SAFER) awards. The awards were received in the first two rounds of awards of the popular fire department hiring grants. These grants are administered by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).
