House Approves Firefighter Cancer Registry Act

Congressional Fire Services Institute (CFSI)On Tuesday, September 12th, the House approved by voice vote H.R. 931, the Firefighter Cancer Registry Act. 4 departments who have worked with First Responder Grants have won a total of $1,676,900 in fire grants during FY2016 AFG, SAFER, and FP&S fire grant awards announced Sept. 8, 2017:

  • AFG Interoperable Communications Grant, Monterey FPD, CA, $704,000
